Town Center
Newer and commercial edges near the civic core, with tract houses whose front yards face busy streets. Sight lines at driveways matter.
Carlton Hills and Carlton Oaks
Established neighborhoods with mature fences that are due for replacement. Shared side lines are the usual dispute. A survey is cheaper than moving a fence.
West hills
More slope. Posts and rails have to step. Access from the street can be the hard part.
Not Santee
Lakeside and other neighbors are outside the city. Fanita Ranch and new tracts should be confirmed for both city limits and association rules.
